CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead of your appointment, otherwise you will be charged 30% of the service price for late cancellation or 50% for not showing up.
To keep your appointment you must confirm your appointment.
Please follow steps applicable to you to confirm by either:
a) Entering in your card details via secure link that has been sent to you, no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time. OR if you have already previously completed this one-time step;
b) Click the ‘Confirm Appointment’ button in your appointment confirmation email.
Failure to do so 48 hours prior to appointment time will result in an automatic cancellation.
